What do you think is the best way to study a foreign language?

I think that reading aloud while writing sentence of the language is  the best way to study a foreign language. I'll try to think from the point of view of the brain .
If I read aloud while writing the sentence of the foreign language .
Then , it will be used more part of brain than just writing the sentence.
As a result , I can learn the language more efficiently . So the best way to study a foreign language is writing and reading aloud sentence of the language.
