"Zangyou" is F××kn'..!!!!!!

"Zangyou" is the meaning of working over time.
In japan, we often hear the term overtime.
In fact, I often be the overtime in part time.
My part time is to repair of mobile phones at the factory.
I pack a mobile phone that has been repaired in the bag.
I remain standing eight hours while I work.
So, job is very hard.

Even though hard at eight hours labor, moreover, it is hard to even overtime.
I think that fatigue remains the next day by the overtime.
In addition, we feel mental stress of not go home by the overtime.

In Japan, more of people who are working overtime is evaluated
      than those who go home at the ordinary.
So people who work overtime are many. This system is very bad.

It is too bad if you do overtime.
I think the habits that "Zangyou" is good  may disappear from Japan.
